•1. Can I get some samples?
• Yes, you can buy the samples for quality checking.
•2. Do you have the productions in stock?
• No. All productions are to be produced according to your order including samples.
•3. What's the delivery time?
• It usually takes about 25 working days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ
container. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at
different time.
•4. Can I mix different models in one container?
• Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each
model should not be less than MOQ.•5. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
• Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end of production. Every production will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed before the shipment.
•6. What's your warranty term?
• We offer different warranty time for different productions. Please contact us for detailed warranty terms. Normally it is one year warranty.
•7. Will you delivery the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?
• Yes, we will. The core of our company culture is honesty and credit. MDKA has TUV certificate and also got the CCC from Chinese government quality certificate which is very difficult to get.
